The rooms are too small, so you can not stay in it, unless you go to sleep. The bathroom and the towells wqere very good. The TV didn´t work well, but you can use the internet, the problem is that you can access it in the living room, wich is too hot, because there is not air condition in this room. The position is excellent, close to a main street and shopping, the Termini Train Station is a few blocks from the hotel.

Generally we were very pleased with the stay, and will most likely come back next time we decide to go to Rome. A few improvements can be made though:
We were staying on 4.th. floor, room 403, and had proplems with loud speaking american people at the hall (outside the rooms) some evenings around 12 o´cloc pm. They didn´t bother to quiet down, even though we asked them to do so.
The problem could easily be partly fixed if someoned would bother (why on earth wasn´t this done when the door was put in ?) to install prober wooden footsteps under the door to the room in order to tighten the 1½-2 cm. gap between the floor and the underside of the door. in addition rubberstrips could be put into the doorframe in order to tighten this gap in three of the doors four sides, when the door is closed.
This would also eliminate a part of another problem: someone was smoking in one of the naborooms during several evenings, (why aren´t the rooms equipped with smoke detectors?)and the smoke kept comming into our room from the hall. In order to awoid this, we had to put towls etc. under the door every evening.
Apart from these things, we vere very pleased with the room, no partikular street noise during the night (with the window closed) and always sufficient hot water in the morning.
An improvement could be made to the beds though. In scandinavia we always use an ekstra 5-10 cm ekstra soft matrass on top of the existing 30 cm matras. This does increase the comfort pretty much. The exsisting matress were to much to the hard side I figure, but my wife found hers ok.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. It is very easy to get to the metro station, only about 2 or 3 blocks away. Also, very close to beautiful fountain and square and lots of pizzerias and tourist shops. The only complaint was the noise outside as we had to sleep with the windows open due to no A/C. They do have air conditioned rooms so if you want one, be sure to specify. Enjoy!

Very nice staff, but very, very small single room which was really noisy due to very thin walls between the rooms. Despite of this the location of the hotel is just perfect -close to the metro and the main sights.

The 5-bed family bedroom was very adequate for our needs. We knew we were booking budget so we did not have great expectations, but ended up being very satisfyed with our stay.

Bathroom was too small, no bath and shower was not good. Could hear toilet flushing and shower in next room very clearly. Would've liked a seating area in reception, however the staff were friendly and helpful.
