I was travelling on a business meeting together with my other partner and we booked a room for two persons. we were told that we had to share one bed and that there were no other rooma available. The receptionist was very rude. I would not suggest this hotel to others because of the way we were treated!

The hotel is well situated, very close to Terravision bus station for transfers to/from Ciampino airport (low cost airlines), very close to the main train station (Termini) and also very close to several companies operating many different tours for the city and for the rest of Italy. This is essential when you arrive and do not want to carry your luggage around the city with you. A major drawback is the time for breakfast that starts at 7.30am, and this is the time most tours start. So as it happened to me, you will probably skip every breakfast. Apart from that, it was in general very positive and with good cleaniness.

No shower curtain - bathroom floor therefore soaked. Toilet handle broken so toilet would not stop filling. Very small room. Credit card system broken - wanted us to go to bank and get cash for checkout.
