There was only one chair in the room,when we asked for another one we got it. Under the bed we recognized a lot of fluffs, which were not detected by the room service during our
8 night stay. The heating worked only according a not understandable rhythm.
Nevertheless, as a resume, we were quite content, because the location near to the
main station was comfortable, in general the room was cleaned satisfactory with change
of towels every day and changing of the bed-sheets once the week.

The family who ran the hotel were most helpful to us in all ways. They even called the airport for us to make sure our airline was running on time.
The breakfast for very good and adequate with very good capuccinos and lattes.

location excellent for our needs close to train station, excellent staff, room and breakfast, nice surprise of two small bottles of wine on our anniversary. Great recomended choice, only drawback inoperative elevator made it difficult to bring heavy luggage upstairs and again when leaving with no help.

Very pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. Rooms are small but generally well-maintained and clean. Bathrooms need shelves and/or additional racks to store and dry towels and surface to keep toiletries.
