The one thing that I did notice was that on the website that there was no notation that there was no elevator. (I checked this when I returned home). We were on the third floor and it was not easy for me to climb the stairs. For people that have a difficulty with stairs this would be very important information prior to making a reservation. The staff brought us our luggage and took it downstair for us when we left. Had I known that there was not an elevator, we may have chosen not to stay there.
The staff was very professional and helpful with all our needs.

it was a wonderful place, right location, wonderful staff { who even bought us wine}, and the room is fantastic, and the price is great.

Great location, but the map to find the hotel was hard to follow. Its much easier to find than the map shows. Breakfast was good, typical Italian hotel breakfast. The night hotel front desk worker was more interested in watching you tube than assisting us. The day gentlemen was the exact opposite. We found him to be very helpful and informative. Overall, this hotel was a good economical option for Venice. Great location, just a couple minutes walk to St. Marks. Room is fairly small, but the windows make is seem bigger. I'd recommend it.

In a very expensive hotel city, it's a nice place to sleep.
Nevertheless, if you have some mobility problems, choose another hotel. There is no elevator!

We could certainly have done with some help carrying our bags up to the fourth floor! For the price the sheets were only changed one day of the five nights we stayed. Other than that it was all very good.

When you arrive to the hotel it not seems very good, but when you go up to the rooms, these are very nice. It's a little hotel reformed very good located.

Perfectly located as a central base for exploring Rome. Staff very friendly & willing to assist.
