Impossible de prendre une douche, espace trop petit et robinetterie pas appropriée, moquette dans un état de saleté et d'usure.....
Organisation des "tours" de l'hôtel : incompétence ou alors il faut changer d'agence, avons été séquestrés dans un bus de tour qui ne voulait pas nous ramener à l'hôtel, à plus de 60 ans dans une ville inconnue! quel gâchis pour une si belle ville ! alors que l'hôtel nous l'avait organisé "aller et retour". Nous avons été effrayés par les gestes du chauffeur qui ne parlait ni anglais ni français.

El hotel está deteriorado, viejo, sucio y huelen mal las habitaciones y los pasillos. Sorry, pero es la verdad; de todos los hoteles en los que estuvimos en nuestro viaje a Europa el mercurio de Roma Coliseo la verdad nos desilusionó mucho.

Just a few words to thank you a million times for your kindness, your help and your patience during my stay at the Mercurio Colosseo. Rest assured that all of your efforts and kindness were so appreciated......you have made my stay a bit more enjoyable.
If I return to Rome, I will undoubtedly return to the hotel.

Air conditioning in the room did not work - the room was always hot.
The shower is very small.
The pool was great and the view was excellant.

Séjourné 5 nuits. Une rénovation de l'hôtel est bien nécessaire, mais l'état actuel est bien compensé par l'excellente localisation et un agréable bar-jardin sur le toit. Toutefois je déconseille cet hôtel pour la seule raison suivante: conditionnement d'air dans la chambre bruyant et peu efficace. Rome est une ville agréable à visiter, mais fatiguante surtout par temps chaud. Une chambre climatisée n'est pas un luxe, mais une nécessité!Un manque de repos finit par rendre pénible le programme de visites.

Something was too bad, the bathroom size is awful also the shower needs to change to new one(specially tall peoples have problems with),second the air condition system works is limited by the time, so in cold weather you feel not good there, third it's important for each hotel to has a internet connection base on cash, because some travelers don't have credit card.

The Hotel locaction was excellent, The staff was polite and helpfull at the front desk.
However the renovations in pool area, and room quality, cleanliness and general public facilites were below my expectations.
Rooms were not comforitably cooled. The carpets and decor dated
and worn. The bath/shower was not clean and the shower curtains should be eliminated and instead be glass.
The location and more modern look of the hotel were the reason I chose it. The interior needs to be completely renovated.
