We had a wonderful stay at the Albergo Artorius. Stayed one night before our cruise then two nights after the crusie. The room was large by European standards and very clean, bathroom was large and very clean also. We walked to most of the attractions. Took the bus to the vatican city. Walked to the train station with our carry-on luggage. The staff was extreamly helpful and spoke excellent english. They had a nice continental breakfast that was included. I would stay there again. The only problem was that we had two taxi drivers that could not find the hotel. The hotel is on a one way street and is located on the left hand side. If you watch the address numbers on the left hand side you should have no problem finding the hotel.

Our whole family absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast area is delightful, and the staff are super friendly.

excellent location, close to the Colosseum. Lovely to be able to eat breakfast outside. Enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay in Rome was definitely a success due to choosing this hotel. The location was very central and the hotel was immaculate. The owners did their best to answer all your questions. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the website shows a bar which we saw but it was never open when we were there.

Would definitely stay here again if visiting Rome. Staff were friendly and helpful, room and breakfast were great and location was very convenient. The hotel recommended an excellent restaurant just round the corner were we ate well, at a reasonable price, every night.

Excellent hotel - room was spacious and really clean. Staff were some of the nicest I've dealt with in any hotel. Excellent location - walking distance to most places and both good and cheap places to eat nearby.

My 13-years old daughter and I had a four-days stay in Rome in mid-February. We had a very tight schedule during these days, trying to include the most important sites. Hotel Artorius was really the right place for us, with excellent service and room comfort. In other words - perfect for a stay like this - with walk distances to most sites and bus stop and metro/subway station nearby.
I have visited a lot of family-driven hotels in Italy. Hotel Artorius is probably among the best in this category! My daughter was especially impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness, and the quality of the breakfast.
We both send our best wishes to the staff at Hotel Artorius and highly recommend fans of Rome to experience their hospitality.
