This property was located on the 4th floor of an older building over 2 blocks from the Main train station in Rome. It was clean, but bathroom smelled bad when door left closed. Bed was comfortable and sheets were changed daily. Breakfast was ok and persons at the desk 24/7 spoke adequate English and were helpful overall.
This property did not deserve a 3 star rating, however. Two stars would have been more reasonable, given that there were no kleenex in the room, inadequate tiny soaps supplied, battery in safe going bad (not dependable), very little storage room or drawer space, and inadequate locks on doors. The people at the desk were good about calling us a cab and arranged a tour for us.
It sufficed for what we needed for three days, but would not stay there again for a longer stay. The elevator was old and very slow - didn't like it that we had to go to 4th floor to get there.
