Once the stay is confirmed it would be good to have a description of arrival. I.e. to say there is no big sign on the front door and, once inside the building, take the 2nd stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor where you will find the reception.

Lovely hotel, very convenient. Very friendly staff.

nice big room, really helpful staff. the beds are terrible - hard as rock. i had to sleep on the love seat/couch and my wife had to line the bed with pillows so we didn't wake with back aches.

Be careful about the room type. We reserved a family room, and they give us a cuadruple room, we complained so after the second night they moved us to the real family room ( a room with a separation for two beds for children, one bathroom). So we stayed 4 night, and we had to move in the middle. Very uncomfortable. They have to know the family room isnt a cuadruple room, and treat to deceive us.

One of your staff members, Jean, was so wonderful. She was so helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome and that nothing was a bother.
I would like to suggest though that you install your safes in the guest room as they can just be pulled and taken.

Impeccable service and nicely located but limited room space, zero facilities and highly priced.

No carpets and slam-shut doors resulted in a lot of noise and disturbed sleep.
