We asked the hotel to keep our luggages for hours after checkout.They kept them in their dusty storage room (maybe under some construction) but did not clean them properly before returning to us.

* Make breakfast better if they insist on charging separate. It's not worth it.
* We stayed on 4th floor and 1st floor. 1st floor was incedibly noisy.
* The best part about this hotel was the location.
* The staff was inconsistant. Some were very friendly and helpful others made you feel like you were inconvienencing them.

Ottima posizione logistica, confortevole e silenzioso.
Per contro spazio insufficiente per le camere doppie con quattro letti. Buono per tre persone.

We had a very nice stay and the room was as pictured on the internet, but with our bargain price we had a room without a balcony. But we had a sound proof window that opened above the busy street one floor below and it was fun to open and watch the activity on the Via del Croce. There was an excellecnt restaurant right across the street from our hotel entrance door, Othello, and we dined there every evening, good food and very reasonable prices. The room was clean and modern and our only comment was that the shower was very small. Flat screen TV was great but only CNN in English, "GREAT IDEA"...FREE OR PAY PER VIEW MOVIES IN ENGLISH. The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful and spoke English.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS IDEAL FOR TOURISTS AND VISITORS.
THE ROOM WAS TOTALLY RENOVATED AND IN AN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS LOCATION FOR A COMFORTABLE AND PLEASENT STAY!

The Condotti Palace is perfectly located near the Spanish Steps (sightseeing, restaurants, shopping in walking distance). In a renovated building, the rooms are spacious in a contemporary and elegant style. Probably the best deal in Rome in the winter (219 Euros for a triple room, almost twice as much starting in March). The breakfast, served in a beautiful cafe two doors down, is buffet style and very adequate for Europe. Streets in the area are pedestrian and lively all day. Two excellent restaurant: Enoteca Antica (same street)and Enoteca Palathium (Via Frattina - serves delicious specialties from the Lathium region with wonderful wines at very reasonable prices). Overall, a gem of a place to enjoy Rome and its pleasures!
