We liked the hotel very much, but the bed was much too hard and not comfortable. The room was quite small. Apart from that we were very pleased with our stay.

very good location but the service is inefficient - we arrived at the hotel at noon and were told that the room would be ready at 14:00. When we returned at 14:00, the room was not ready and we had to wait for another hour - unacceptable! Staff was not very friendly

Pity about the breakfast - and it was so expensive! This is the second time I have stayed at International Palace and I would recommend it again
