We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Galeno. Staff were helpful. He assisted us in booking our tours efficiently. However, there was an error in direction to your hotel in the website. It said when when taking bus 90, at Porta Pia first turn left when it should be turn right to the Hotel

The room we got after arrival ( number 23) was in one word not acceptable - so small that I could hardly open my suitcase on the floor and was pretty dark aswell. The hot water in the shower was not working properly and most of the inventory ( bed, table, night tables ) were or seemed to be broken. I have asked for room change the next day and the stuff was OK so I got a much better room ( number 3 )- bigger, no broked things, hot water normaly working. To say something positive the location of the Hotel was really good, very nice area neer the city centre not far from the sights.

The room was very clean but exceedingly small, the airconditioner worked well and was needed as the building itself was very hot. It wasn´t too hard to find but it was at least a 15 minute walk from Termini with all my luggage.

I can suggest this low budget hotel. It is located very close to the Termini station and the centre as well.

very good value for your money we recommend it and the far location is not so bad because there are bus lines that quickly leads to everywhere just at the end of the street - it even makes it more quite

La doccia del bagno aveva una porta rotta e in generale non era in perfette condizioni ma la pulizia era sufficiente. Bene invece la qualità dei letti spesso critica negli hotel di livello mediobasso e la colazione che era abbondante e varia anche se non a buffet.

Non sò se il fatto di aver trovato questa offerta abbia portato la direzione a darmi una camera che sebrava più un bunker.
Il bagno strettissimo compresa la doccia che è riservata ha chi ha un diametro corporeo realmente limitato.
Il personale è stato molto disponibile e sono loro che rendono il posto migliore di quello che è realmente.
Se usufruire di offerte significa essere sbattuti nella camera più fetente allora non cercherò più offerte sui vostri siti.
L'anno scorso sono stato al Villa Torlonia, struttura veramente importante che con qualche sforzo in più offre un altro mondo. Quindi meglio 80 invece di 55 ma almeno confort e servizi assicurati.
