I was very happy with the hotel & staff (seem to cater to English speaking clientel) - IF you are looking to stay in the "old" centre of the city, this hotel is a bit away, but the Metro station is truly on the other side of the street and taxis are reasonable and very friendly (I used both taxi and metro and prefer taxis). The only draw back was that there are only 2 restaurants within (easy) walking distance and neither one would I recommend; excellent Pizzeria opposite hotel (next to metro).
Great hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, good value for your money !
