Probably the worst aspect of the Hotel was its very close proximaty to the local tram service. This could be heard clearly from our room and seemed to run all night leading to brocken sleep. The hotel would truly benifit from double glazed windows to the front aspect to reduce the noise. But overal a lovely hotel, quality staff who were more than helpful.
