An overall excellent stay. The villa is truly magnificent and we very much enjoyed our room with the balcony (which we really appreciated - thank you for that!), and the gardens. Free parking inside the hotel was also a great plus since it was one of the main criteria to select your hotel. Excellent breakfast, great variety and quality. Finally the reception staff was very polite, helpful and professional throughout our stay.
I hate to say that some very small details need a little bit of a fixing. More specifically, one of the towels was a little bit stained and the toilet brush needs urgent replacement since it was in bad condition and more importantly very dirty. Finally the breakfast area could use one more person, as the demands are high (lots of people at the same time, some inside some outside).
Location was very good, close to the center with easy access by the car. We enjoyed a lot our stay and looking forward coming back!
