le camere sono troppo piccole, lla qualità del bagno è scadente, i sanitari sono vecchi e la doccia era rotta. L'hotel andrebbe decassato almeno a 3stelle (3 STARS). Io non tornerò mai in questo hotel e sono in dubbio se fidarmi delle descrizioni date sul vs sito web.

nel bagno non c'è il bidet oltre ad essere di dimensioni veramente minime,il box doccia non si apriva del tutto per cui ci si poteva entrare contorcendosi ed era sigillato con silicone sul quale c'era un dito di muffa;nella stanza non c'era uno specchio(nè piccolo nè a figura intera),niente coperte,solo il copriletto;la colazione con bicchieri di plastica!e la domenica mattina alle 9 non c'era praticamente NULLA da mangiare(pasticceria e ogni cosa fresca finita, ho chiesto del pane non c'era neanche quello....)
dei due ascensori uno fuori uso e l'altro funzionava a singhiozzo
per essere un hotel a 4 stelle davvero molto deludente

It would be very nice to have towel holders and a little shelf (caddy) to put shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The shower is really small, whereas there is plenty of space in the bathroom itself.
The room is small, though cozy and charming.

non ha internet nelle stanze, un solo addetto alla reception è poco e devi fare la fila per essere ascoltato. Almeno nella mia stanza, il bagno era molto piccolo. Se fosse stato un tre stelle non avrei parlato, ma da un 4 stelle rimani deluso.

We have been treated very well in the hotel. The reception helped us with information about where to go and some things we could book in the hotel directly.
We have been suggested 2 restaurants near by the hotel and both were excellent in value for money and quality.
The hotel is quiet and the rooms have a good size.

Il bagno della camera era agghiacciante! La camera ristrutturata ed anche carina ma il bagno era almeno di 2 epoche fà, pessimo, la doccia piccolissima col box doccia di plastica che non si apriva neanche nbene, sanitari vecchi, piatto doccia ormai privo di smalto, senza bidet, rubinetteria rovinata. Il bagno non era per nulla adeguato alla categoria dell'hotel, rasentava forse i peggiori 2 stelle.
Colazione: solita colazione standard, senza nessuna nota particolare servita in una sala piccola.

Hotel ws very, very clean. The only negative is that there is a Hospital a few blocks away and you can hear the ambulance and it goes by quite a bit!

Do not leave any valuables in your hotel room - not even in locked suitcases. Unfortunately there are thieves at work. Our digitalcamera and all the fotos of our wonderfull stay in rome are gone. Beside of this, the hotel was perfect for us. Good room service, extensive breakfast and easy connection to metro. Thanks a lot.

I have only got a room in the back house which was very dirty. The toilet was not cleaned and the floor was dusty. I complanied, but could not change the room during the first night as it was fully booked. On the second day I could change the room which was also in the back house and very small, but clean. But on the second evening, during I was at dinner, somebody broke in my room (which did not have a safe) and stole my laptop and expensive jewellery which I had hidden within my suitcase. The hotel staff was not surprised as I reported the theft. It seems to happen often there. I can definitely NOT recommend this hotel!!!

Nelle camere faceva troppo caldo e non si riusciva ad abbassare la temperatura.
La mappa che viene rilasciata è ottima per i turisti (centro e primcipali attrattive) ma inadeguata per viaggi di lavoro in zone non centrali.
Un ringraziamento al personale che è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.
Ottima la colazione.

Except the first day where we had a very small room, eveything was perfect.
The location is excellent with subway and buses.
Don't forget to visit villa Torlonia which is just beside the hotel (50m) and very interesting (the house rent by Mussolini between 1925 and 1943 was recently renewed in an excetionnel way, and la "casina delle civette" also in the park will stonish you.

Confort generale più che buono....alcune pecche si possono tradurre nel wi-fi a pagamento 2€ al'ora, nel tutto esaurito della colazione alle 9:30 (la colazione dovrebbe terminare alle 10:00), nel phone del bagno che si è rotto dopo 30 secondi e nella lontananza del letto dal tlevisore (eccessiva anche per iper-vedenti).
Nei vantaggi offerti c'è sicuramente la tranquillità del posto (anche per lasciare la macchina), la comodità del letto e dei cuscini,la climatizzazione della stanza e lam posizione a mio parere (avendo la macchina) strategica. Voto complessivo in rapporto qualità-przzo: 8.

Il bidet è insieme al water, stesso corpo... a prima vista sembrava non esserci proprio. Non è il massimo per un 4 stelle.
Complessivamente il giudizio è molto positivo.
All'arrivo come alla partenza c'era solo un addetto alla reception, gentile e professionale, ma poveraccio non ce la faceva tra clienti e telefonate, da solo.

The hotel was very nice. The air conditioning worked great. Everything was clean and the breakfast was incredible, fresh fruits, cereal, juices, brioche, rolls, scrambled egss, and more. Delicious - and they will make you fresh capuccino as well!
The only bad thing I could say was that the internet connection did not work at all the 3 days we were staying there. We did not bring a laptop. Someone else there was using their laptop just fine it seemed. We were too busy in Rome for that to be a big deal.
There is a little market on the main street a few blocks past for water and snacks, and a great restaurant right there as well.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. The down sides are very minor: hard bed, small shower, runs out of hot water a bit too quickly. But the up sides are many and great: very helpful staff, very clean facility, quaint and cute, quiet, very convenient to metro station (3 blocks), free internet, and more.

Ottima l'accoglienza alla reception.. Forse da migliorare il personale in sala colazione... Per il resto il soggiorno è stato dei migliori e la realtà forse addirittura superiore alle aspettative.. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo ed i collegamenti con il centro.. Struttura assolutamente consigliata!
PS: La pulizia delle camere è realmente eccellente!

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. It is in a residental neighborhood and much nicer and quieter than a more central location. Plenty of ristorantes just a couple of blocks away, easy to walk to the metro, or a 7 or 8 euro cab ride from Termini. Busses are just a block away, but we didn't use them. The breakfast was a dream, best coffee in the world. Room was small, which we expected it would be, but clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly, spoke English, and helped us get where we needed to go.
We got a super internet rate, but even at their regular rates it was a bargain.
If you're flying in, we would reccommend making arrangements for a car direct to the hotel, especially if you have a lot of baggage. The train to Termini is 11 euros each and you have to get your bags up and down the steps of the train. Then to get from there to a cab,etc. . . 50 euros direct to the hotel would be a lot easier.
