This hotel good if you are staying for one night because room for couple is really tiny....if you are staying with your friends I recommend you to stay in this hotel...then this hotel is good as the location of the hotel is excellent..5 minutes walk from the Rome termini station. the hotel staff is helpful....
breakfast is also not that good.....

This property was located on the 4th floor of an older building over 2 blocks from the Main train station in Rome. It was clean, but bathroom smelled bad when door left closed. Bed was comfortable and sheets were changed daily. Breakfast was ok and persons at the desk 24/7 spoke adequate English and were helpful overall.
This property did not deserve a 3 star rating, however. Two stars would have been more reasonable, given that there were no kleenex in the room, inadequate tiny soaps supplied, battery in safe going bad (not dependable), very little storage room or drawer space, and inadequate locks on doors. The people at the desk were good about calling us a cab and arranged a tour for us.
It sufficed for what we needed for three days, but would not stay there again for a longer stay. The elevator was old and very slow - didn't like it that we had to go to 4th floor to get there.

Hotel seemed to have been renovated recently so everything was in excellent conditions. For the price and being close to Rome Termini station and walking distance to Coliseum and Foro Imperiali, it was a very good choice. Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. I will check this hotel first the next time that I need to be in Rome.

A very convenient 5 minute walk from Termini. A nicely kept hotel in a busy, well lit area. I would definitely stay here again. The 55 Euro rate that I received seemed like a real bargain for the quality and location of this hotel.

the hotel is in great location.it is really one floor of the entire building.very nice workers.no parking.
