I just would like to underline that it is 1star hotel, so you cannot expect something really good. Our double room was small, their breakfast is only a cup of coffee with small bun (it is served in bar just next door)... But room was cleaned every day, and every day we had new soap, shower gel etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, we had access to big terrasse with chairs and flowers, but it would be useful only in case of good weather (not our case). General impression: not so bad! :)

Over all a very Painful Experience..I will not suggest this one to any one. Soo costly and soo stinking..and the worst part was the breakfast..They give a chit to you and you have to go the bistro next door where u get one croisant and Cafe/milk...I dont how u can say its a breakfast..

This is a great place if you´re looking for a cheap and simple hotel close to the centre of Rome. The rooms are big and clean enough with working aircon, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The area of the hotel is not the best, although close to the centre. This place is perfect if you´re only looking for a bed to sleep in, and will use the rest of your day exploring Rome (which is amazing!!)

I generally satisfied with this hotel. The hotel is very close to Termini Station so you can reach anywhere you want in Rome. Also the staff are very helpful.
I stayed in a single room and the price is quite cheap if you compare with the other hotels in the city centre and it also includes breakfast but breakfast may be unsufficient for some people.
In conclusion, if you are looking for somewhere located in the city centre with good price you should definitely think to stay at this hotel. I recommend it everyone.

our stay there was good, only on the first night we were alocated at the first floor room, which was smelly~~ just ask to change the room for u if u are unlucky, but other than that, it was good! close to supermarket, even closer to gelato shop and metro station. the room has got everything you need and quite clean. we paid for 24 euro each/night, and may not be able to expect more than that.

Positives: Close to Termini, clean, friendly and helpful staff, good value. Negatives: Felt a bit unsafe in the neighborhood after dark, no elevator so had to lug heavy suitcases up 6 half-flights of stairs.

The breakfast is another place and is very poor, only a crosant and coffee

we weren't in the hotel's building
Actually, we were in a poor and dirty room in another building 50 m from the hotel
the room was filled with humidity

top

The shower was not working properly and the cabin was very dirty. Furthermore, the room was not very quiet, all sounds in the building could easily be heard.

The hotel is very close to the train station "Termini" so if you arrive from FCO airport is a good option. It's not the best zone in Rome but it has good connections to all the tourist attractions. There is a nice supermarket, a café-bar and snack bar very close to the hotel. Family House is a bed & breakfast hotel so they give you every morning a coffee and a croissant or a "brioche" to start the day, they offer this service in a snack-bar close to the hotel.
In general the hotel is very clean and is a nice-cheap option to stay few days in Rome. The treatment and professionalism of employees is good, they try to help you n evrything you need. Some of them don't speak english very well but they really try to understand you and to help you.

The people at the counter are very friendly and helpful. The 4-bed-room was spacious and friendly. It is in a side building of the hotel with a window to a street which is quite noisy in the morning. But if you close the front window and open the rear window to the garden, you have fresh air at night and hear the birds tweeting in the morning. The shower is extremely water saving, you need a long time to get wet and wash away the soap.
The breakfast is not more than what you can expect in Italy: You get a voucher for a bar at the next street intersection, where you get a coffee of high Italian standard and a piece of sweet bread of your choice.
The hotel is approx. 400m from "Manzoni" metro station.
All in all a pleasant stay, we would come back.

The location was good in terms of ready access to Metro - but not a comfortable area to walk in at night.

The hotel was lovely and well presented. Our room was very big (a large double bed and a single bed) and the bathroom was a reasonable size and the shower was great). Staff were friendly and helpful, happy to advise on where to go for dinner or to order taxis, etc. There was always someone on duty.
The hotel was in a great location, close to the Termini station. There was a tram stop 2 minutes away where you could pick up a tram to the Termini station (which took about 5 minutes to get there). Also 5 minutes walk in the other direction took you to a metro stop and from there you could get into the centre of Rome within 10 minutes. The costs of the trams or the metro was very reasonable (1 euro for 75 minutes of travel).
You didn't have breakfast in the hotel but got a voucher to a near by cafe. The coffee and pastries were delicious and the hustle and bustle in the morning was energizing.
There were only two negative issues.
1. For people with mobility problems - our room was on the 4th floor and there was no lift. It was okay for us, but the stairs were quite steep.
2. The area was quite noisy at night, even on the 4th floor so bring your earplugs.

Most you offer was quite all right... but the breakfast.
first I thought it was a joke. A cup of coffe and a croisant!!!??? And at a bar along the street with 1, I say one, table! Make a change and the stay at your hotel will be good.
regards

Balance between price and service was okay; the water pressure could be better.
