No Breakfast available, No Lounge, No Bar, No Restaurant. No international TV Channels. Ridiculously difficult to find, just a name plate on a courtyard door. Web listing stated breakfast available for extra charge. It wasn't, nearby cafe only had coffee and sweet croissants.

The hotel in general is GREAT!! Whether its cleaniness, staff, room space and bathroom, are all GREAT. But I didn't expect the hotel to be located on a floor of a residential building. So for such room rate, I was a bit shocked. But glad the room is very nice, that made me feel better. The 'hotel' is not too centrally located. About 8 mins walk from 'Republic' metro station and it's rather quiet to walk around the area at night. It also took me much time to find the 'hotel' upon arrival, otherwise, the hotel is nice!

This is the second time we have stayed at the 7 Kings and it was very good indeed. Initially visitors may be put off by the uninspiring entrance approach but the rooms are exceptionally clean, well designed, cool and quiet. The staff are particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful
